Pricing:

  • Teaching Seminar: $400
  • Mock MMIs: $200
  • Mock SSIs: $100 per interview
Booking Instructions:

Please read the following instructions carefully before selecting your sessions:

  1. Check the session list below to see which time slots currently have spots available. 
  2. Email us at admin@acehsc.com.au with the student’s name, contact number and the sessions you would like to attend.
    • E.g. John Smith, 0412345678, Teaching Stream 2, Mock MMI Session 4, Mock SSI Session 8 (JCU) and Mock SSI Session 12 (UNSW)
  3. Our admin team will invoice you accordingly within 24 hours.
  4. Once you have received our invoice, please pay via bank transfer and send us a screenshot of the transaction. (Please note that your booking cannot be confirmed until the payment has been made).

  • Mock Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs) – Suitable for WSU, CSU and University of Newcastle
    All Mock MMIs will be conducted at Parramatta. Students are required to bring their laptops.
    All Mock MMI sessions are currently FULL. Please contact our admin team with your session preferences if you would like to be put on a waiting list, and you will be notified if a position becomes available!

ADDITIONAL MOCK UNSW INTERVIEWS
If you’ve missed out on our Medicine Interview Program and are expecting an interview offer from UNSW, we’re here to help!
ACE is offering an Online Mock Interview, with questions tailored to UNSW. Each interview session is 45 minutes long, with approximately 30 minutes allocated for the interview and 15 minutes towards receiving in-depth personalised feedback.
 

Please read the instructions below on how to apply:

1. Email us at admin@acehsc.com.au with the student’s name, email and contact number. Also include the date of your UNSW interview (optional) and your availability in the days leading up to the interview.
For example:

  • John Smith, johnsmith@gmail.com, 0412345678
  • UNSW Interview Date: 19th December
  • Preferred Mock Interview times: Between 10am to 7pm from 11th to 17th December

2. If our interviewers are available during your preferred times, our admin team will contact you with further details.
3. We will then email you an invoice of $100 accordingly. 
4. Once you have received our invoice, please pay via bank transfer and send us a screenshot of the transaction. (Please note that your booking cannot be confirmed until the payment has been made).

Please note:

All bookings are non-refundable. If you would like to wait to see whether you receive an interview, please note that spots are limited and we cannot guarantee that a position will be available. 
In the instance that you receive a rejection letter from JCU before you have sat your ACE Mock SSI, we can only consider refunds if there are students on the waiting list to take on the booked session.
